Lift the lid’s corner and microwave for 1.5 - 3 minutes or until heated through.
If you place meals in the freezer, we would recommend letting them sit overnight in the refrigerator to thaw out. Then proceed to follow the above heating instructions.
Overall experience was great! Easy to order, a large variety of food to choose from, decent pricing and the food was tasty. I love that the nutrition information was posted on the sight and on the packaging. I'll definitely continue to use this service!
