PK’s rewards program, giving you the opportunity to $ off discounts, free food items, access exclusives, and more! As a member, you’ll earn points for every purchase, for referring new people to PK, and engaging with our brand through other platforms. Once you earn enough points to unlock rewards discounts, points can be redeemed for dollars off at check out! Best of all, it's completely free to join!

Joining PK Rewards is simple! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our tiered rewards. Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem offers with your points.

We launched our loyalty program on October 28th, 2019 and are unable to retroactively provide points for anything purchased before this time.

The fastest way to earn is to refer your friends! When you give your friends 20% off their first PK order (of $50+), you will receive $20 in Prep Bucks (aka 660 points) for each successful referral.

Every $ Spent = Points Earned.We like to reward you for shopping. For every $1 you spend with Dallas Prep Kitchen, you’ll receive 1 point toward future purchases or discounts at checkout! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). You can also earn points through few other ways listed on our rewards page. Referring your friends that are new to PK is the fastest way to earn points! Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (http://www.theprepkitchen.com).

You can redeem your points at Checkout for a discount! Once logged in and ready to check out, go to the Checkout page and choose your desired discount from the dropdown. Select and click "Apply." Discounts are not eligible on any shipping fees and taxes.

Nope! The points you accrue are yours forever -- they don’t expire!

You cannot combine points and discount codes in the same order. However, the points don't expire so you can use the rewards on a different purchase!

Once logged in, you can check your points balance on the PK Rewards page.

No problem! Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. From there, you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you’re having any further issues, please email us at info@theprepkitchen.com and we’ll get you sorted!.

First, make sure you're signed in to your account prior to checking out. If after signing in, the drop-down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account. The drop-down menu to redeem your items will be under your cart on the "Customer Information" page. That’s the page after the calendar during checkout. Please allow a few moments to load.

While you can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account you’re logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points. It’s best to just use one main account for rewards purposes. Just sign-in to account with the same email each time.
