Chelsea is a recipe and lifestyle blogger, and is the face behind Dash of Healthy Eats. She is a full time corporate insurance girl by day and part time influencer by nights & weekends in Dallas, Texas.
Is she a professional chef? No. Does she have all the nutrition knowledge in the world? Nope. But she is a big believer in nourishing our bodies and balancing it with the foods we love.
Dash of Healthy Eats was born in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. Stuck in her apartment, Chelsea wanted to bring her passion for food to others without the overwhelming or stressful recipes. What started out as a few instagram posts a week has blossomed into a community and a passion for sharing healthy-ish living that is achievable for anybody.
Chelsea hopes to show you that cooking doesn’t have to be complicated. If you keep things simple, it will taste just as good! All of her recipes are healthy, using only minimal and familiar ingredients and we have a section of PK in a Dash meals that are ready within 5-8 minutes. These recipes use PK items to make things fast, delicious and ready in dash!
At the end of the day, “just a dash” of healthy eats can go a long way. So let’s pick up that apron and get to cooking!
