Chef's Grilled Mahi Mahi

This might just be your favorite meal. We use only the freshest, wild-caught Mahi Mahi.  We pan sear it to greatness then place it in our oven to slowly finish.  It comes with our Lemon Garlic Quinoa + Brown Rice blend and roasted broccoli. When you’re ready to warm this dish up at home, top it with our Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette (served on the side).
