Who said fit people don’t eat fried rice? A quick sesame oil stir-fry of bean sprouts, shredded carrots, green onion, and shrimp (can substitute with chicken or lemongrass & ginger marinated tofu) in our Asian-inspired house marinade makes for a clean fried rice treat. We add a fried egg and white pepper and toss it all together with our jasmine rice.
I’ve had the Shrimp and the Chicken Fried Rice dishes. I’d highly recommend both. The shrimp is very flavorful and is never rubbery. The chicken is also flavorful and moist. The rice has never been over or under cooked.
The fried rice was so good! I had been craving chicken fried rice from my favorite Asian restaurant in town and this hit the spot without any guilt. I will definitely order this item again.
