Our Southwest Turkey Loaf is the perfect healthy comfort food! 

It's loaded with juicy protein and filled with southwest flavor – you’re gonna love it! This version of meatloaf uses ingredients that provide greater nutrient density for the caloric dollar. Using vegetables within meatloaf both enhances the flavor as well as keeps it moist and tender. Can’t forget the classic squirt of ketchup on top! We then pop it in the oven to let it slow-cook and slightly crisp on the outside. It’s served with our mashed sweet potatoes and roasted broccoli.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Remove wrap. Cover with loose lid to vent; heat for 1 - 2 minutes or until heated through.

Air Fryer

Transfer from container and heat at 350 F for 4 minutes. Or until heated through.

Oven

Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Pre-heat oven to 350 F, heat for 8 minutes. Or until heated through.

Stove Top

Transfer to pot, heat to desired temperature.
