Roasted Veggie Quesadilla

Enjoy your quesadilla while getting your veggies in too! Grilled Zucchini, Roasted Corn and quesadilla cheese all wrapped in a high protein and carb friendly tortilla, with a side of our Housemade Salsa Verde.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Remove wrap. remove sauce; fully remove lid to vent; then heat for 40 - 50 seconds or as desired.

Air Fryer (for Best Flavor)

Transfer from container and heat at 350 F for 3 minutes, or until heated through. Add sauce.

Oven

Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Pre-heat oven to 350 F, heat for 8 minutes or until heated through. Add sauce.

Stove Top

Transfer quesadilla to pan, heat to desired temperature.
