Chicken Tinga Bowl

Shredded chicken tinga, or tinga de pollo, is a classic Mexican dish from Puebla consisting of tender, shredded chicken simmered in a rich, smoky, and slightly spicy tomato-based sauce.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Remove lable; cover with loose lid to vent; heat for 1.5 - 2 minutes or until heated through.

Air Fryer

Transfer from container and heat at 350 F for 4 minutes. Or until heated through. Add Sauce.

Oven

Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Pre-heat oven to 350 F, heat for 8 minutes or until heated through. Add sauce.

Stove Top

Transfer to pot, heat to desired temperature.
